任職要求：
        1、7年實(shí)際工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉建筑及施工，施工監(jiān)理工作。具備全程參與建筑項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
        2、很強(qiáng)的溝通能力以及對(duì)技術(shù)難題解決的能力。
        3、有一定的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及優(yōu)秀的獨(dú)立工作能力。
        4、必備幕墻設(shè)計(jì)，配合經(jīng)驗(yàn)。具有復(fù)雜幾何形態(tài)建筑經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳。
        5、必備熟練中英文溝通能力。
        6、熟知繪圖，三維及辦公軟件AutoCad,InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office的應(yīng)用；熟知3D Studio, Max/Viz, Rhino 為佳
        7、工資和待遇是經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及資格而定。

Senior Bilingual Architect:

Steven Holl Architects is seeking talented senior architects with a minimum of 7 years experience in allphases of the design and construction process to work in our Beijing office. 

Candidates should possess good communication skills, have demonstrated technical and management experience, and maintain excellent and independence skills.  Experience curtain wall design and coordination is a must. Experience on complex multi-use projects is a plus.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin language is a must.  

Proficiency required in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCad, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.  3D Studio, Max/Viz and Rhino are a plus.

Salary commensurate with experience.
