崗位描述：
1、有在設(shè)計(jì)院或外資事務(wù)所團(tuán)隊(duì)合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、有充分的方案、擴(kuò)初設(shè)計(jì)能力及經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并具備一定施工圖設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)；
3、此職位適合在境內(nèi)具有一定實(shí)際項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)師，進(jìn)入公司后經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的磨合培訓(xùn)，將接手項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人的職位。

崗位職責(zé)：
1、在項(xiàng)目中擔(dān)任團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或主要設(shè)計(jì)師；
2、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)大中型項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)，包括項(xiàng)目資金控制，進(jìn)度安排及有效協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員配置；
3、獨(dú)立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成項(xiàng)目并在公司項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營管理中提出決策性建議；
4、文檔的管理、準(zhǔn)備、修改及更新；
5、掌控項(xiàng)目范圍、時(shí)間進(jìn)度及預(yù)算；
6、協(xié)調(diào)維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系，準(zhǔn)備和參與項(xiàng)目提案的會(huì)議；
7、創(chuàng)新解決各種問題；
8、維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶并至力于發(fā)現(xiàn)并吸引新客戶。

任職資格：
1、建筑設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)專業(yè)，大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷；碩士學(xué)歷或具有注冊(cè)建筑師資質(zhì)者優(yōu)先；
2、5年以上本行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、擅長項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)組織管理，具備主持大中型公建項(xiàng)目的能力，有很強(qiáng)的專業(yè)技術(shù)能力；
4、出色的設(shè)計(jì)能力、審美感及平面技巧；
5、責(zé)任感強(qiáng)，認(rèn)真仔細(xì)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，擅長溝通協(xié)調(diào)；
6、熟練操作AutoCAD,3DMax,Photoshop,Sketchup,Powerpoint及其他相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件；
7、能夠從事并成為多專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員。

Senior Architect / Project Manager
We are seeking the architect with team work experience and good computer skills, the person need to have experience with construction documents and a good ability for design development. This is a very good opportunity for the designers who are looking for a threshold for a faster progress on their career. After the person join our Beijing office, go through the training period, then put him/she on project manager position.

Responsibilities:
1.He/she plays a key role in projects, as a leader, project manager and critical designer.
2.Leads medium to large scale projects, responsible for financial management, ensuring schedule and staff arrangement.
3.Contribute to the development and improvement of working strategies for both individual projects and office operations.
4.Manage, prepare, correct and update documents.
5.Manage scopes, schedules and budgets.
6.Prepare for and participate in proposal interviews in addition to agency and client coordination and relations.
7.Develop innovative solutions to problems.
8.Assist in marketing efforts to current clientele and to identify and attract new clientele.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s of Architecture, Master’s degree or restriction preferred.
2.General Requires at least 5 years experience in an architect role.
3.Excellent team management experience, leads medium and large scale project and strong professional skills.
4.Excellent design, visualization and graphic skills.
5.Effectively translate clients’ key cultural expectations and issues to design team members.
6.Expertise in AutoCAD,3DMax,Photoshop,Sketchup,Powerpoint etc. design software.
7.Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
